🎣 Help me test the app
The BigJoe Fishing app is brand new and still in beta (test stage). It's free, in English and Spanish, and it puts the whole website in your pocket: snap a photo to identify a fish, check rules and closed seasons, find hot spots, see weather, tides and water temperature, and save guides for when you have no signal.
Your help is a big deal. Use it on the boat, at the pier or at home, and tell me what breaks, what's confusing and what you'd love to see in it. Every idea gets read and makes it better for every angler.

Open the app- Open this page in Safari.
- Tap "Open the app", then the Share button (square with the arrow).
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen", then "Add".
Apple only lets App Store apps be downloaded, so on iPhone the app goes on your home screen this way. It works the same and updates itself.
🤖 Android
Help put BigJoe Fishing on Google Play! Google needs at least 12 Android testers who keep the app for 14 days before it can go in the Play Store for everyone.
Our thank-you: use the app about 1 hour over the 2 weeks, and if BigJoe Fishing ever charges, you get it free for life.
- Sign up below with the Gmail you use on your phone's Play Store, and choose Android.
- You'll get an email with the Google Play tester link. BigJoe adds new testers every day.
- Open the link on your phone, tap Become a tester, then install BigJoe Fishing from Google Play.
- Keep the app for at least 14 days and open it now and then. That's it, thank you!

✅ What to try
- Fish ID: pick the kind of fish and match yours with the photos. Did you find it?
- Plan My Fishing Day: pick your spot and a date. Are the fish, rules, tides and weather right for your area?
- Captain's map: water temperature, buoys, currents and charts. Is it easy to use on your phone?
- Save for offline: save the guides at home, then open them with no signal on the water.
- Anything else: slow pages, wrong info, words that don't make sense, ideas.
After I fix something, tap "🔄 Update the app" at the bottom of the app's home screen.
