Delete your BigJoe account or data

This page is for the BigJoe Fishing app and the website caribbeanfishingwithbigjoe.com, both run by BigJoe Fishing.

Delete your account

1. Send an email to jiarias@caribbeanfishingwithbigjoe.com from the email address you signed up with.
2. Use the subject Delete my BigJoe account and include your username.
3. We confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.

What we delete: your account (username, display name, email, phone, town, bio, website), your catch posts and photos, your likes, and any charter or shop listing you created.

What we keep: nothing tied to your name. Website visit counts from Google Analytics are general and not linked to your account. Server backups that may still hold your data are overwritten within 30 more days.

Delete only some of your data

You can keep your account and ask us to remove only some things, for example one catch photo, your phone number, an app idea or problem report you sent, or your email from the Cheat Sheet list. Write to jiarias@caribbeanfishingwithbigjoe.com with the subject Delete some of my data and tell us what to remove. We do it within 30 days. Every Cheat Sheet email also has an unsubscribe link.
