GTs and dogtooth tuna in the Coral Triangle
Indonesia sits in the Coral Triangle, the richest reef system on Earth. Strong currents between the islands bring giant trevally and dogtooth tuna to the surface for poppers and jigs, from Bali and Komodo to Ambon.
Rules: much of Komodo and Raja Ampat is protected with no-fishing zones; always fish with licensed local operators.
On the bay, in the mangroves or on the ocean, the everyday struggles get left at the dock. For those few hours, it's just you, the water and peace.
